*Please DO NOT mail payments to this address. Continue sending them to Box 207, Belle Valley.

*The drop box at 113 S Main in Belle Valley will still also be available.

*The 740-509-2476 phone number will remain the same. Please do not call the Extension office for water company questions.

*Our bi-monthly meetings will now be held at this new location as well.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Noble County Water Authority

We need to stress that the Noble County Water Authority (NCWA) is not the same company as the Noble Water Company. They are a separate water company who services a different area than we do. It is a common mistake to confuse the two companies. We’ve received mail, bills, phone calls, and notifications about leaks directed toward the NCWA by mistake. While our company names are similar, we are completely separate companies which are not directly affiliated with one another. If you are unsure of which company your service is through, please look for the company name printed on your bill.

Cold Weather

When the temperature falls below freezing it is recommended that you allow your water to drip slowly. Moving water will not freeze as easily as standing water. Doing this at night is especially critical and the resulting water usage will not be significant enough to effect your bill. If a water pipe in your home freezes, take a hair dryer to the effected pipe warming it up enough to thaw it out. It is not uncommon for frozen pipes to burst which is the consumer’s financial responsibility.

Water Meter Accessibility

Please make sure that your water meters are easy to get to. Shrubs, mud, overgrown grass or gravel is commonly found obstructing our meter lids. This causes issues for our meter reader as well as any time we need to look into potential leaks or re-read your meter for accurate billing. Whether you rent or own your property it is your responsibility to keep your meter area clean and free from debris. This is a general courtesy that we ask of our customers to reduce the amount of time taken to complete meter maintenance. In the future customers will begin seeing charges on their bill for lack of compliance and to pay for the work done on the property.
